The included steel foundation kit is a perimeter frame that anchors the shed and keeps it square, but it isn't a finished floor on its own — you still need a firm, level surface underneath it. You can either flood it with concrete to form a base, or anchor it to a flat surface and add a floor on top of the frame.
There is very little maintenance required with a metal shed. In general, just keep it clean and try to avoid anything scratching off the galvanised coating.
Metal can trap heat and moisture, so the Ranger has built-in gable vents that let air circulate. That airflow reduces condensation and helps keep the inside dry, which protects tools and equipment from damp while they're stored.
It's a straightforward flat-pack assembly with all fixings and step-by-step instructions included — most people have it up in a few hours with a helper and a few basic hand tools. We don't offer an installation service because it's designed to be simple to put together yourself.
