How do I return something?

If you are not 100% happy with your new purchase, You can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. We do ask that the product is as it was when it was delivered to you, and packaged in any packaging that it arrived. We will require you to send a photograph so we can confirm everything looks ok before we send our driver to collect the item. You will also be required to pay a collection fee, This fee is 70p per Kilo. The weight of the item will be shown on your order confirmation email, This amount will be deducted from your refund upon return of the item.
A refund will be made via the same method of payment, Within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
