Part of my order is damaged

We fully expect your item to arrive in exactly the way it left us. If, however, any damage has occurred, please don’t panic. We highly advise that you thoroughly check the whole product and take note of all the details of the damage. You can refer to the parts list you will have received, and make a note of the part ID of the damaged item or items. This is usually five numbers.
