Planning Friendly Designs

All of our log cabins are designed to be under 2.5m in height. This is crucial for urban gardens, as it generally means you won't need planning permission to install them, even if they are placed closer to your boundary (though we always recommend checking with your local council). Small cabins are also useful here to ensure that you take up less than 50% of your outdoor space, for it to class as a permitted development (you must also not build your cabin in the front garden, don't use it for living in, and ensure no other rules apply to your land).
