BBQ Grill 

One of our favourite BillyOh barbecues, the Kentucky is an excellent smoker. As a charcoal grill, it has a handy storage shelf and a foldable bbq cooking shelf so you can get the most out of the available space. Plus, with an external thermometer, you can keep track of and maintain optimum cooking temperatures.

Cooking vs Smoking

With various cooking methods on offer, it can be hard to know if you want to grill or smoke, so why not get something that can do both? Use hot coals in the same manner as traditional barbecues, but with the additional option of using a pellet smoker.

To really get that smoky barbecue taste from charcoal BBQs you need to play around with pellets and wood chips to lend meat, fish, and even vegetables unique flavour profiles.
