The Twisting Seat and Rower is a light weight row machine helping to tone various parts of the body, including the arms, legs and upper body. There is a good range of motion available in this product, as well as a comfortable starting position before you exercise. It can also help to improve muscle imbalance and help with physio from injuries as long as you're supported by a trained physiotherapist.
The body’s core is the centre of our posture, aligning our lower back, pelvis, hips and abdomen to work together in motion, improving our stability and balance. By using our 12-in-1 Multi Gym you get to work out your core and body like never before, enjoying a full 180° range of movement that can all be done in the comfort of your own home and all done while sitting down!
It also comes with an improved ergonomic back design to support the spine while you exercise, offering comfort and protection so you can focus on your routine. The equipment also features resistance bands to give your body a full workout. Use it anywhere around the house and when you’re finished simply fold it away for use next time you are ready.
