The master pent works as an ideal garden storage shed, and with sizes ranging from a 4x6 to a 12x6 shed, you can choose the perfect size for your garden and storage needs. This pent shed is windowless to provide increase privacy and security. The pent roof also offers a tall and accessible entrance with increased headroom at the front and a modern style.

Larger buildings like a 12x6 pent shed offer you more space and better access to all of your possessions and the possibility of using your shed as a garden studio or even a workshop. This storage solution comes with an 11mm tongue and groove roof, and floor included as standard, giving it strong and durable construction. The floor can also be upgraded to a more robust 19mm floor. To increase the strength of your building further, we offer a pressure treatment service that will improve the weather resistance of the building while also increasing your BillyOh Guarantee to 15 years. All sizes of this building include green mineral felt as standard to help keep your items clean and dry.

The pent roof design features no roof overhang unlike an apex or reverse apex model, yet allows for adequate runoff due to the sloping single plane construction. Pent roof sheds offer a more modern and contemporary silhouette and this pent shed includes green mineral roof as standard for further weatherproofing.
The Master Pent utilises a durable tongue & groove timber cladding style for the premium floor, roof, and walls. Tongue and groove cladding can be upgraded as just one of the many optional extras available with this quality product. The Master Pent also features galvanised steel ironmongery for all hinges, latches and fixings to prevent against rust and corrosion.
Your Master Pent shed will be provided with comprehensive assembly instructions. Simply set out a solid base and grab a friend and you can have your pent shed up in a matter of hours. A level base might include the Eze Base, Ecobase or bearers that are available as extras with this purchase, or your own concrete base.
Our BillyOh tongue and groove sheds come with a 10-year guarantee protecting this building against rot, insect infestation, and decay. Pressure-treating this model increases the overall protection and thus, this guarantee to 15 years.
The ridge height and eaves height of the Master Pent are built with UK planning permission rules in mind. As such you won't require planning permission for the Master Pent due to its height. We suggest you check local council rules for any other stipulations.

Our sheds and summerhouses get a beautiful golden brown spray treatment before leaving the factory in order to preserve the quality of the wood. As this only lasts through the transit stage, we do recommend treating the wood after installation to protect it.
Constructed from thick panels which interlock together, tongue and Groove creates a strong and stable structure that is designed to offer protection against the elements. This method of construction provides you with a strong and dependable building which is built to last.
All sheds, excluding overlap, standard summerhouse, playhouses etc are made of 11mm thick cladding.
With the Master Pent an 11mm tongue and groove floor and roof is included but you can upgrade to 19mm to suit more intensive use.
Roof:
11mm: Our standard roof option, this interlocking roof provides a reliable covering for any building. The Tongue and Groove not only gives your building a stronger roof but also a premium look and feel.
Floor:
11mm: Our Standard flooring option which provides a durable, solid foundation and underfoot to the building. The 11mm option is ideal for less demanding and frequent usage, suitable for lighter intensity purposes like summer houses and other living spaces containing light furniture. The 11mm tongue and groove timber makes this a solid yet suitable, economical option.
19mm: A premium floor is the perfect choice for higher intensity usage. The construction uses thick 19mm tongue and groove timber, which gives you not only the strength, but better insulation against the cold weather. This specific floor is the perfect option if you’re planning on using the building as an everyday use office, gym or games room with heavy objects.
All garden buildings should be assembled on a firm and level base. A base will ensure your building has a solid, long-lasting and well-drained foundation.
If you want to build your own base, from a sturdy material such as concrete or flagstones, you can find minimum dimensions for each size of this building in the tech specs. In order to protect your building from moisture, you should leave a 2ft gap around the exterior of your building, so remember to take this into consideration when laying any sort of base.
Our robust and simple to use EcoBase provides you with a firm, long-lasting foundation with suitable drainage for your garden building. It is quick and easy to install through the use of snap connectors that link the grids to each other.
If the building is shorter than 2.5m tall you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or to be put in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before ordering from us.
We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, as they are designed to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the digital assembly instructions included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people, the handy pre assembled panels mean you will have your BillyOh building up in no time!
Our sheds and summerhouse are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily maneuverable and fit through a standard doorway. Glazing and any additional wood is delivered in separate, clearly labeled packages.
