Complaints Procedure

BillyOh Store has a team of friendly and dedicated Customer Service personnel that you can contact via mobile phone, landline, email, fax, or post if you have any queries or complaints. If however, you have already submitted a complaint and are not satisfied with the response, we ask you to make a formal complaint in writing and mail it to us. Rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we can.

To help us process your complaint in the soonest possible time, please make sure you include the following information in your letter:

  • BS Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Full Address
  • Contact Telephone Number
  • Detailed Account of Your Complaint
Complaint Processing

Sending of Complaint

You will send us a letter of complaint containing the necessary information listed in the previous section as well as a detailed account of the issue or concern.


The Customer Services Manager will personally lead the investigation of your complaint by looking at and analysing all the relevant factors involved.


The CS Manager will contact you within five days of receiving your complaint and inform you of the company’s response. He will provide you with a detailed explanation of how he arrived to the said conclusion. You are advised to ask any relevant question that may come to mind during the conversation.

Post Mail Reply

If you wish to receive a reply by post mail instead of by telephone please indicate so in your complaint letter. You can expect to receive our response letter within 10 days after we have received your mail.
